When you click a PLC module from the schematic list drop-down menu (under Panel menu) the software checks the footprint lookup database for an entry that matches the MFG, CAT, and ASSYCODE. The footprint lookup database already contains mapping to read the part number assigned to the schematic symbols. The rest of the modules and the power supply are inserted from the schematic list. The one in the sample that use is a 1756-A4. Click the PLCIO icon and select via Catalog Lookup. The PLC rack is inserted from the Panel menu.
